One powerful ingredient

Rosehip Oil is 100% pure, cold-pressed, single-ingredient oil. The dried stock of rose bush plant - petals, buds, and fruit are used in making of this oil. Since the stock is not separated (it is not practical) and some batches might have more petals or more fruit, the color and fragrance of the oil might vary slightly from pink to dark pink to dark red. The fragrance of the oil might vary as well with more pronounced flowery scent if more petals are present. All variations are absolutely natural. Sediment might occur naturally as oil settles over time. It is normal and natural.

Sourcing & Production

Katari Rosehip Oil is cold-pressed from dried buds, petals, and fruit of the rosehip plant that grows in the Delta of the Nile in Egypt. The most fertile soil, organic farming that has not changed in thousands of years and cold-pressing method is what keeps this oil the most potent and most effective natural form of Vitamin A, C and F.

The cold-pressing technique ensures that temperature does not destroy minerals and affect efficiency of the oil. Watch this video of how all our cold-pressed oils are crafted by our Egyptian artisans.

USES & BENEFITS

Rosehip Oil is our customers' favorite for many reasons. It is a hard-working daily staple for all skin types and can be used for am and pm skin and even hair care.

Benefits of Rosehip Oil

High concentration of fresh and natural Vitamins A, C and F in Rosehip Oil, when used daily, will help with cell regeneration and a reduction of hyperpigmentation. Rosehip Oil will remedy skin dryness and will improve skin texture.

Powerhouse of Vit. A & C to lighten & brighten skin, providing deep moisturizing effect & improving skin texture

Rosehip Oil is rich in antioxidants and polyunsaturated fatty acids, like linoleic acid, which are imperative for preventing the breakdown of cell membranes in the skin. Strong, healthy cells act as a barrier to prevent bacteria from invading the skin, which can lead to outbreaks and infections.

Rosehip softens appearance of existing & prevents new wrinkles, reduces appearance of acne, scars and stretch marks

Rosehip Oil is perfect for dry and mature skin types

Though it is not studied much by scientific community yet, beauty enthusiasts who use Rosehip Oil for acne, eczema, scars, and stretch marks report great results. It all makes sense, since Rosehip Oil has high concentration of Vitamins A, C and E, and fatty acids that are typically associated with improving skin conditions and helping with cell regeneration and reduction of inflammation.

Uses of Rosehip Oil

Best use of Rosehip Oil as daily moisturizer in the morning and night skin reviving oil serum. Rosehip Oil should be applied to clean, slightly wet skin (after shower or after a toner like Katari Roseau (rose water). Massaging the oil into skin with a gua-sha stone or with skin lifting face toning techniques is an extra bonus for best results. Anyone can use Rosehip Oil. We always suggest testing every natural ingredient for personal insensitivities.

Rosehip Oil can be used on hair and scalp as well to provide deep treatment for dry hair and itchy scalp. Start just with a few drops and massage oil into scalp and hair roots. Smooth any remaining oil into hair ends before drying hair.

ROSEHIP'S AWESOME FRIENDS!

Here are a few more products you can try once you fell in love with Rosehip. We always use Roseau or Geran or both mixed together (one of our flower waters) before using an oil. Hoba Oil is a daily go-to for cleansing and priming skin and is a great morning choice, where Rosehip that has more of a serum texture can be used at night or used AM and PM to help heal skin from acne scars and lighten scars in general. And Argil green clay masque used 1-2 a week is instrumental for clean, tight pores, and healthy skin cells.
